Mark Dobson has been with WSI since our inception in 1995. He has an extensive background in business development in several industries dating back to the early seventies. His knowledge of the development of human potential and the understanding of behavioral patterns has been instrumental in developing the WSI System over the course of the years in his previous role as VP of Franchise Development.

In November 2013, Mark became the new CEO of the WSI group of companies. With Mark’s extensive business experience and knowledge of the WSI system he has seamlessly stepped into the role of over seeing the day-to-day management operations of the business.

Chief Operating Officer, Valerie is responsible for providing support and education to the WSI global franchise system. She is also charged with managing the innovation of the WSI business model as a whole. Overall, Valerie works to ensure WSI Consultants are provided with the tools, systems and support they need to remain top amongst their competitors.
Valerie first joined WSI in 1999 and has served in a number of roles. Prior to this, she ran her own business and worked overseas in a number of countries. Valerie holds a Masters degree from the University of Toronto.

Shaunak began serving as WSI’s Vice President of Information Technology in April, 2011. Previous to this, he was the Director of Information Technology having joined the company in June of 2009.

Shaunak has over 16 years of experience in the areas of telecommunications, information technology, cloud computing, enterprise applications and education. Shaunak specializes in the areas of strategic initiatives, automation and optimization of IT environments both from an infrastructure and enterprise applications perspective.

Since joining WSI in 2004, Rimma has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company through the various roles she has held which include Customer Service and Support Manager, Director of Franchise Operations, Director of Compliance and currently, Vice President of Global Operational Performance. Prior to WSI, Rimma held executive positions in five countries along with having started and operated three successful companies of her own. She oversees support, legal, regional and global events, billing and collections, and financial performance. She is an alumni of the Certified Franchise Executives program and is the corporate liaison for the International, the French and the Canadian Franchise Associations.

Michael Monaghan has had a long tenure within WSI holding several positions in the organization. From 1998 to 2012 he held the position of International Development Director where he played a leadership role in the franchise development team. From 2012 to 2015 Michael held the title of Director of Master Franchise Operations where he oversaw the WSI Master Franchise program. In 2016 Michael was promoted to Vice President of Field Operations where he now heads up the Franchise Business Coaching as well as leading the channel of WSI supplier partners.

Daniel is a passionate team leader and player with WSI since 1996.  Having come from a long history of Franchising, Daniel started with WSI in the early days to help build and grow the Franchise model, locally and globally.  After being involved in multiple areas of the Digital Marketing business he found his home as Vice President of Franchise Development. Over the last 12 years Daniel has worked with his team to build the WSI Network of Consultants worldwide.  He stands behind the successful, team developed, model of “Real people do Real things”

Justin is a disruptive innovator at heart, having successfully built and led multiple business units within global corporations; he is at his happiest and most effective when re-imagining businesses and the digital services they deliver.

With over 15 years in the Internet industry and degrees in both Psychology and Marketing, Justin brings an exciting combination of innovation, experience and leadership to WSI Professional Services.

Al Trembley is the owner of WSI Digital Rainmakers near Atlanta, Georgia. His “Super Powers” are prospecting and lead generation. He assists the excellent training team at WSI with new franchise owners on prospecting and communicating on “value”.

Alison has been part of the WSI Consultancy team since 2004, consistently a top 20 revenue earner within the WSI network. Prior to WSI, Alison worked for Farmers Insurance as the Director of Sales as well as the Director of Service Center Operations, amongst other positions in her 17-year tenure with the organization. She played an instrumental role in the restructuring of Farmers, ultimately resulting in a reduction from 19 service centers to one. She received both the Superior Service Award and Farmers’ Management Excellence Award during her course of employment. She holds a BSBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis – Olin Business School, and holds the CPCU Designation, ARP Designation and numerous certifications including Advanced Social Media and Adaptive SEO. She recently co-authored a book, along with several other top consultants, titled Digital Minds, which is used in several universities and is available for purchase on Amazon.

Andre’ is a search and social marketing specialist who has earned certification through Google’s AdWords Program, Marketing Sherpa’s Landing Page Optimization Program, WSI’s Advanced Internet Marketing Program as well as the Search Engine Academy.

Benjamin Smith has been helping companies thrive as a digital marketing professional since 2002. He serves businesses all over the world from his office near Milwaukee, WI, USA. Caio Cunha is an International Executive experienced in business enablement, digital marketing strategies, leading businesses in Brazil to continuous revenue growth and margin improvements. As a leader in strategy, online marketing/internet solutions, including inbound marketing and business enablement, Caio is responsible for the Brazil Master Franchise for WSI and is a member of the Global WSI Internet Consultancy Advisory Board, since 2010.
